What does Kesnos ships with?

Kesnos's shipping carrier are the following: Fedex, UPS, DHL, and USPS.

How long does it takes for an order to process?

At Kesnos. We are proud to offer 24-hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include Free standard shipping to all US destinations within 3 to 7 business days.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

We make every attempt to process orders as soon as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 2:00PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@kesnos.com Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number, contact information.

What happens when the package is undelivered?

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will return to Kesnos as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at support@kesnos.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

How do i deal with my returning package?

Any item that is returned to Waykar must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.

Why can't I get registered? What is the order number on the product description page?

The product registration page is for an existing customer to register their product for the extended warranty. The order number is on the receipt page once you purchased your product.

What happens if something I ordered is back-ordered?

If an item you ordered has been backordered, it will automatically be removed from your order. You will receive an email notification showing you the item that was backordered and that it was removed from your order. You will not be charged for an item that has been backordered and shipping will not be applied to it. If you were already charged for the item, you will be refunded as soon as it is determined that the item was backordered.

What happens if an item that I ordered eventually is out of stock?

1. We would offer you a similar product or upgrade your order.
2. We would offer to let you sign up for an email alert to let you know when the out of stock product is available again or when similar item becomes available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The policy of exchange、 refund and replacement?

We are happy to offer an exchange if for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchased product within 30 days. Meanwhile, refund and return must be authorized by Kesnos within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number. There is no restocking fee for returning an item. We will refund your money in the same method you paid for the item. A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item. However returning fees will not include if customers want to return by their personal reason.

What is RMA number?

Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting Kesnos Support within the return period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue.

How do refunds work?

Refunds will typically be credited back to the original payment method, typically a credit or debit card. Refunds are given to validated return items. For more information, visit our Return Policy page.

When can I expect my refund?

Kesnos makes every effort to get your money back to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you will have your refund in 2-3 business days after we processed your return orders completely.

Note: Refunds will always depends on your bank on how they process refunds on their end.
