Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once processed, orders are shipped out as soon as possible.
- Please notify our customer service team if you wish to cancel an order before 2:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed. Contact: support@kesnos.com (include your order number and contact information).
Shipping & Delivery
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Packages over 4 lbs cannot be delivered to restricted addresses.
- We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers, including FedEx, and 4PX.
Undelivered Packages
- Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts.
- If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Kesnos as “Return to Sender.”
- If this occurs, please contact us at support@kesnos.com to arrange reshipment.
