Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, orders are shipped out as soon as possible.
  • Please notify our customer service team if you wish to cancel an order before 2:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed. Contact: support@kesnos.com (include your order number and contact information).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Packages over 4 lbs cannot be delivered to restricted addresses.
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including FedEx, and 4PX.

Undelivered Packages

  • Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Kesnos as “Return to Sender.”
  • If this occurs, please contact us at support@kesnos.com to arrange reshipment.
