Return & Refund
Returns
- Our free return window lasts 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
- Before returning any item, please contact us at support@kesnos.com to obtain the correct return details and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in a condition that does not affect resale.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Quality issue / wrong item shipped (seller responsibility): Return shipping costs are covered by us.
- Personal reasons (non-quality issue): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
RMA Numbers
- Each return requires a valid RMA number.
- If you are returning items from multiple orders, each order requires a separate RMA.
- RMA numbers are issued by KESNOS Support and are valid for 15 days after issue.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing times vary by bank and credit card provider. If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank and card issuer. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@kesnos.com
Undelivered Packages
- If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, please contact our support team to arrange reshipment.
Reshipment Costs:

If the failed delivery was due to our error, we will reship at no cost to you.

If the failed delivery was due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

- If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will issue a refund after deducting the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@kesnos.com.
Shipping
- For returns made after 30 days, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Warranty
- All products include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- Register your product on our website to extend coverage to two years.
